The Colchester Food & Drink Festival

We were at the Colchester Food and Drink Festival last weekend in Castle Park, Colchester. It was a great weekend, although the rain on Sunday did dampen things down a little.

We had Pete, our Restaurant Sales Manager and ex-chef on hand to cook our scallops, which you could have with Grahams pesto or black pudding and a pea puree - recipe to follow!

We also had our now famous lobster rolls and lobster BLT's which were as popular as ever.

The next food festival we are going to be at is Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival, Suffolk on the 26-27th September. It is always an amazing festival with so much food to enjoy, so if you can put the date in your diary.
