Francesco Mazzei is the Chef patron of Sartoria in Mayfair, London which is one of the Restaurants we supply lobsters and fish to. So when Francesco and Maserati needed a beautiful lobster for a starter on the series they are producing, where better to come.

It is funny looking at the things you do day in day out from another perspective, and it reminds us all how lucky we are to do what we do.
