Some of our seafood is frozen such as prawns, scallops, cockle and mussel meat and whilst we pack your order in a wool insulated box with plenty of ice packs, it may begin to defrost during delivery. If this happens, the defrosted seafood will need to be refrigerated and eaten by Christmas Eve. If it is still frozen place the items in the freezer and defrost the night before you want to eat them.

If you want your lobster on Christmas Day, then you have three options, have it delivered early and freeze it on arrival, have delivery on Friday 22nd December or come and collect from the Fishery on Saturday 23rd December and it will be good to eat on Christmas Day.
