New In: Seafood Curry Mix

At the Fishery, we love a good curry, but when you are surrounded by delicious seafood, it's not chicken, beef or lamb we reach for, but lobster, prawns and squid!

We have put together our ultimate seafood curry mix, we start with 200g of lobster meat, because, why not? Then we add 300g of raw peeled prawns and 300g of baby squid. The squid does seem like the odd one out but, trust us, it is delicious. We were introduced to squid in a curry by Badu, who makes our new curry kits in her Garden Kitchen close to the Fishery. If you are unsure of curried squid, then the pots are delicious with our raw peeled prawns, lobster meat or crab meat, but really do try the squid, it cooks really quickly and is just delicious!

We have been enjoying a Badu curry for years and we are sorry it has taken us so long to share them with you. With help from Badu we have selected two types of curry, a coconut and almond masala and an authentic masala in either a mild or medium heat.
