A zesty garlic sauce with a hint of heat from some chili!
Based on the traditional Spanish garlic sauce but with extra lemon and a hint of chilli. It makes a great dipping sauce for prawns, lobster and king crab it's equally delicious with some crusty bread.
Rapeseed Oil, Water, Garlic (4%), Free Range Egg Yolk, White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Lemon Zest (3%), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Roasted Garlic Granules, Sugar, Salt, Dried Chillies (0.4%), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Emulsifier: Xanthan Gum.
