Tartare sauce with an oriental twist!
A traditional tartare sauce with plenty of capers and gherkins but with added wasabi shoots and rice wine... it's delicious. Perfect with all of our seafood and brilliant on a fish finger sandwich, but don't tell anyone we told you that!
