Any Valentine's Day meal would not be complete without oysters, after all they are the food of love.
If you would like a romantic night in this Valentine's Day then we have put together this valentines meal. Start with oysters, a duo of natives and a duo of rocks each matched perfectly with a glass of sparkling Crémant de Limoux Rosé.
Followed by a starter of our new favourite smoked salmon, smoked with a mix of apple, alder and beech and cured with Aquavit, juniper, beetroot and star anise. The thickly sliced salmon is rich and buttery and quite unlike any smoked salmon we have tried, it's delicious.
For the main course we have selected a freshly cooked and dressed large lobster which is big enough for you to have a half lobster each. The rest is up to you.
1 x 75cl bottle of Crémant de Limoux Rosé
4 x Rock oysters
4 x Native oysters
1 x 100g packet of Erik the Red smoked salmon
1 x Large dressed Canadian Lobster
