Sprattus Sprattus (it's so good they named it twice) comes from a MSC fishery that's sustainable and well managed. The beauty of whitebait comes in its simplicity, served with crusty bread, a good mayonnaise and a wedge of lemon and you are all set for a scrumptious supper.

Our frozen whitebait comes in 454g packets, as this is a frozen product it may begin to defrost during delivery and if it does please do not refreeze, but refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
