Soft Shell Crab
Soft shell crab is a culinary term for crabs which have recently shed their old shell and are still soft.
This means that almost the entire animal can be eaten, rather than having to shell the animal to reach the delicious meat. They really are tasty and great as a dinner party treat to impress your guests. Our soft shell crabs are cleaned, individually packed and frozen, so ready to be doused in tempura batter and fried, or baked or prepared to your choice.
As this is a frozen product, we recommend that you place in the fridge on arrival, consume within 3 days and do not re-freeze.
