Nutty caviar with a golden tinge from Italy.
In the days when caviar came from wild fish, oscietre varied in size, flavour and colour, at it's most striking it was a bright gold. Today, the oscietre sturgeons are farmed and the caviar is more consistent, you will still see a slight golden tinge to the eggs and the characteristic nutty trace in it's taste. Our oscietre caviar comes in 20g small round tins and are best kept in the fridge.
