Moules Marinieres Sauce
A seafood classic and a delicious, quick supper.
Simply warm the sauce, add mussels, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve with crusty bread to mop up the sauce once the mussels have all been eaten!
This sauce is made with a wonderful combination of white wine, shallots, cream and a splash of brandy.
