Returns Policy

Notify us by email within fourteen days of receiving the merchandise if you are not 100% satisfied and we will refund the purchase price in full.

Returned items must be received by us in original condition, preferably in the original packaging. They must be returned at the buyer’s expense by Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured for their full value.

Inspecting goods

We recommend that where possible you collect your purchase as this will give you the opportunity to inspect it and ensure you are happy with the item. You are welcome to have a specialist or knowledgeable friend inspect the plate(s) on your behalf.


Small imperfections in glaze

Faults in the glaze caused during the firing process, where present, do not detract from the overall value of an item.


Condition Reports

Please note: All Condition Reports are given to the best of our ability but are a general idea only and are not guaranteed. No returns will be accepted and no warranty is implied or given on the basis of any condition report sent via email, fax or telephone.

Prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves that any item they may be interested in is in suitable condition for their purposes. Please bear in mind that all the plates for sale on our website have been previously owned and therefore their condition will reflect the amount of previous use they have had.


Postage and packing

All items will be despatched to addresses in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured for their full value. Please contact us for a quotation for the cost of P&P.
