This cooking from our friends at Potts is perfect for a quick dinner. Originally from Naples, puttanesca is a rich tomato sauce with capers, olives, herbs and a little chilli.
Simply add some some prawns and serve with pasta for a delicious dinner. If you fancy something different it's delicious with mussels, add the mussels to the pan, pour over the sauce and let all the juices mingle for a true taste of the sea.
