These beautiful scallops are big, sweet and juicy, cleaned and ready for you to cook. They are high in protein and low in calories with Omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, potassium and B12, which help to maintain a healthy nervous system, as well as tryptophan, an amino acid that aids sleep, so not only are the delicious they are good for you too!
Scallops take just a few minutes to cook, you can steam, poach, pan-fry or bake them! As scallops require minimal cooking, searing or pan-frying them is often the best way to add colour without overcooking them.
Sold in 1 kg packs, you will have between 15 and 20 scallop meats. They are fresh and are best eaten straight way. As with all seafood, we can only buy what's available at the markets and sometimes the scallops may arrive frozen.
