Large king scallops that are sweet, silky and delicious. They are roeless, ready to cook and colour up a treat when pan fried. Our favorite way to have them at the Fishery is pan fried with black pudding and apple sauce. Available in packs of 12 and vacuum packed for freshness.
They are frozen, but don't let that put you off, we sell the very same scallops to some of the top restaurants in London. You can be assured they are of the highest quality and retain all their flavour. On occasions they may defrost during delivery and we recommend that they are best eaten within three days.
