Seaside Seafood Platter
A seafood platter to take you back to your childhood seaside holidays.
A combination of our favourite seaside seafood all together on one seafood platter, perfect as a seafood lunch for three to four people. Just be sure to have bread and butter, malt vinegar and white pepper to hand!
The platter contains:
100g peeled brown shrimp
100g cockle meat
250g cocktail prawns
500g shell-on prawns
500g cooked winkles
Four green-lipped mussels
Two large rollmops complete with pickled gherkin
Two fillets of smoked mackerel
Two large crevettes
Once it has arrived place all the elements into the fridge and make sure any frozen items, such as the crevettes, are thoroughly defrosted before consuming.
It is best to enjoy the platter within three days of delivery, but each item will be individually labelled, with the smoked mackerel having a longer best before date.
