Lobster Tails

Raw lobster tail meat, all the taste, none of the waste.

The tail meat is the most sought-after part of the lobster and these raw, frozen tails with the shell already removed are the easiest way to enjoy a lobster. These Canadian lobster tails come in pairs and give you all of the flavour with none of the hassle.

Our favourite way is to simply poach them in butter but the choice is yours.

Each tail weighs between 113g-170g and there are two lobster tails.

As this is a frozen product and may begin to defrost during delivery so we recommend that you place in the fridge on arrival, cook and consume within 3 days and do not re-freeze.
