Lobster Bisque

Our classic lobster bisque is made to a traditional French recipe. Deliciously velvety and rich in roasted lobster and tomato flavour. To serve, simply warm throughly and top with croutons or toasted french baguette, gruyere and a good dollop of rouille.

Available in 1 ltr pouches that serve four as a starter or more if served in small glasses as a canapé. Once opened the pouch must be kept in the fridge and consumed within 24 hours.
