Even though the snow and the drifts caused us absolute chaos it really was beautiful. This was day one, we had three more days of snow to come with 5ft drifts covering the roads.
We had to dig our way into the Fishery and then dig our way out again and even help dig a snow plough out. We roped in Jo’s husband and his pick up truck to help get staff down the lane and across a field to the Fishery.
Thank you to everyone who understood that we were doing everything we could to make our deliveries, we did our best. Now to check that the native oysters survived.
