Langoustines are perfect BBQ food, simple to prepare, easy to cook, they look stunning and most importantly they are delicious. Langoustines are often replaced for the more familiar prawn, but they aren't that different and it's good to try something new.
- 4 Langoustines split in half lengthways
- 300ml Olive oil
- A pinch of chilli flakes
- A large handful of chopped parsley
- Juice of one lemon
Mix olive oil, chilli, salt and coat langoustines.
Cook on the BBQ for 4-5 minutes, shell-side down.
Turn and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Mix parsley, oil, lemon juice and salt and brush flesh with dressing and serve.
