There are lots of videos online about how to dress a lobster, but I sometimes think they go really quickly and its hard to see what is what, so we have gone old school with pictures to show you step by step how to dress your lobster.

Twist and pull the claws from the lobster
Cut the lobster in half, from the cross in the shell, through the head, then along the tail.
Remove the contents of the head of the lobster.
Remove the tract from the tail meat and remove the lobster tail meat turn it over and put it back in the opposite shell.
Remove the meat from the knuckle on the claw.
Remove the meat from the claws and place into the head cavity.
