Delicious lobster ready for you to crack open and enjoy! 

Our small lobster would be a main for one person with a small appetite or it could be shared between two for a starter.

Your lobster will be cooked to order at midday then gently chilled in freshwater before being carefully packed and vacuum-sealed to ensure that it arrives the next day fresh and delicious.

Your cooked lobster should be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.

Christmas Advice

If you would like lobster this Christmas Day, we recommend buying a dressed lobster early on and putting it in your freezer on the day it arrives. A dressed lobster will freeze better than a cooked one as the water has been drained out of the shell when it's dressed. Your lobster will be vac-packed so it will freeze really well, just defrost it in your fridge overnight the day before you want to eat it. Otherwise it will need to be eaten within three days of delivery.
