These tubs of cooked cockle meat are crying out for a splash of vinegar and a sprinkle of white pepper, nothing more, nothing less. 

Our cockle meat comes in 100g tubs and is frozen, but due to the tiny size of the meats, they will defrost during delivery, which means they are best eaten within four days of delivery and sorry, you can't refreeze them.

Cockle meat is so small that despite packing your order with plenty of ice packs, they probably won't arrive frozen. If they do defrost during delivery, you would have to eat them within 3 days, which would be before Christmas.
