Description

A dozen of our delicious Colchester native oysters with their earthy, creamy, brininess paired with a crisp dry white wine with a hint of citrus and our traditional wooden handled oyster knife.

The wine is a deliciously dry white wine from the Dedham Vale vineyard which is just 18 miles from the fishery and is called Colchester Oyster.

Our oyster gift pack contains:

  • 12 Colchester Native Oysters
  • 1 75cl bottle of Colchester Oyster Wine
  • 1 Traditional Oyster Knife

On arrival the oysters and wine will need to be refrigerated and the oysters are best eaten within three days.

The vineyard is set in 40 acres of vines, woods and pasture on the edge of the Dedham Vale, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The East Anglia region of England has a very suitable climate for growing grapes for wine production, as such, the wines now produced are rapidly gaining international recognition, praise and awards.
