Mark, the chef behind 8 Plates, is bringing his eight-course British coastal menu to the Fishery for just 40 guests. This is your chance to eat in the Long Room, looking out over our oyster beds in the Pyefleet Creek.

The menu has been created especially for this evening, built around the produce and the water outside the window. Our Colchester oysters, native lobster and turbot are all on it, alongside game, fire and fermentation, and it finishes with a sweet treat.

The Long Room and Balcony are available to hire for private parties, corporate events and special occasions. We are also a fully licensed wedding venue, so you can hold your ceremony and party at the Fishery, overlooking Pyefleet Creek.
