Welcome to the Colchester Oyster Fishery
There's a lot that goes into farming oysters, looking after lobsters and selling shellfish, some of it more interesting than other parts, but it's mostly all fun. If you are interested on the goings on at the Fishery here's some stories that you might enjoy.

Nestled on the edge of Pyefleet Creek, the Colchester Oyster Fishery has been supplying the finest seafood since 1966. However, our oyster beds have been in use since Roman times, when Colchester was the capital of Britain.
