Delicious lobster ready for you to crack open and enjoy!

Our large lobster would be a hearty main for one person or can be shared between two and still be enough for a main course.

Your lobster will be cooked to order at midday then gently chilled in freshwater before being carefully packed and vacuum-sealed to ensure that it arrives the next day fresh and delicious. 

Your cooked lobster should be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within three days.

Christmas Advice

If you would like lobster this Christmas Day, we recommend buying a dressed lobster early on and putting it in your freezer on the day it arrives. A dressed lobster will freeze better than a cooked one as the water has been drained out of the shell when it's dressed. Your lobster will be vac-packed so it will freeze really well, just defrost it in your fridge overnight the day before you want to eat it.
