Large Dressed Lobster

Delicious lobster ready for you to enjoy! 

Our large lobster would be a hearty main for one person or can be shared between two and still be enough for a main course.

To dress your lobster, we will take the cooked lobster, remove the claws, cut the body half lengthways and remove the inedible bits. The claws are cracked open, the knuckle and claw meat are removed and placed on top of the lobster. It is then carefully packed and vacuum-sealed, so it arrives the next day as fresh and tasty as possible.

Your cooked lobster should be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within three days. 

Large Lobster 650g - 750g

Please note that the above weights are approximate and are based on the weight of the lobster while alive. A dressed lobster will weigh less as we have removed the meat from the claws and discarded the claw shell.

You can choose to add a 90g pack of Sublime Butter to your dressed lobster, in garlic and herb, red chilli, smoked salt and lime, or chimichurri. Melt a little in a pan and spoon it over the lobster meat. If you’d like more than one flavour, you can find them all in our Pantry.
