Description
Dylan's take on Korea’s iconic gochujang — a bold, savoury-sweet sauce crafted with dark brown sugar, soy, garlic, and ginger for depth, and red chilli paste for a gentle heat.
Rich, versatile, and full of umami, it’s perfect as a marinade for prawns, or to add instant flavour to stir-fries. Our favourite way to use it is to place a small amount on top of an open rock oyster and then put it under a hot grill for 3 minutes to cook the oyster - salty, sweet and spicy, it's delicious.
