Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce
Description
A vibrant blend of sweet and spicy, Dylan's Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce is a Fishery favourite. Made with a touch of chili heat balanced by sweetness and a hit of ginger and coriander, it is a delicious dipping sauce for prawns, or drizzled over your oysters.
Made on Anglesea Island in North Wales and winner of a Great Taste award.
Try it with finely sliced with a few drops of the pickling liquid on top of oysters like you would a shallot vinegar or alongside your seafood platter as a pickle. It would be really good in a brown butter sauce to serve with lobster. There are lots of ways you could use the pickled samphire, I am sure it will become a pantry staple.
