Queenie Scallops
Description
These small but mighty queenie scallops from Scotland are sweet and delicious, what they lack in size they more than make up in taste. The roe has been removed, so you are left with just the meat, making these really easy to prepare and versatile.
Queenies are ideal for a coquille St Jacque, dusted in a chilli and salt flour and fried or poached in white wine and cream and served with linguine.
Vacum packed in 250g packs and frozen for freshness. They may defrost during delivery so we recommend that they are best eaten within three days from delivery.
