Six Scottish scallops with the roe-on.
King scallops from Scotland, that are sweet, silky and delicious. They are ready to cook and colour up a treat when pan-fried. You can decide to keep the roe on or take it off, at the Fishery, we adore scallop roe so it's kept on when we cook these sweet scallops.
You can choose between extra-large scallops or medium scallops. The extra-large are big so three scallops would be plenty for each person for a main course and the medium size, three scallops would be perfect for a starter. Please see the pictures for a guide on the sizes, the plate is a side plate.
There are six to a pack and they are vacuum packed for freshness. This is a frozen product and on occasions, they may defrost during delivery so we recommend that they are best eaten within three days.
