Another gem from Cornish Charcuterie, this salami is made to an Italian recipe. The meat is enhanced with hand-foraged Sea Spaghetti and cider. The sausages are then left to mature for 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on size, then sliced into these great sized packets.

They only use the finest ingredients and craft all their products on their own farm on the Cornish coast.
