Whitebait - just headed, gutted and breaded.

A really handy freezer staple, blanchbait is whitebait that is breaded, ready to be dropped into your fryer. It's delicious with a pot of garlic mayonnaise. The whitebait comes from a MSC fishery that's sustainable and well managed. 

Our frozen blanchbait comes in 454g packets, as this is a frozen product it may begin to defrost during delivery and if it does please do not refreeze, but refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Christmas Advice

Whilst we will pack your order with plenty of ice packs, blanchbait is so small that can't guarantee they will arrive still frozen. If they do defrost during delivery, you would have to cook and eat them within 3 days, which would be before Christmas.
