A really handy freezer staple, blanchbait is whitebait that's been gutted and the head has been cut off then it's breaded, ready to be dropped into your fryer. It's delicious with a pot of garlic mayonnaise. The whitebait comes from a MSC fishery that's sustainable and well managed.
Our frozen blanchbait comes in 454g packets, as this is a frozen product it may begin to defrost during delivery and if it does please do not refreeze, but refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
