Sprattus Sprattus (it's so good they named it twice) comes from a MSC fishery that's sustainable and well managed. The beauty of whitebait comes in its simplicity, served with crusty bread, a good mayonnaise and a wedge of lemon and you are all set for a scrumptious supper.

Our frozen whitebait comes in 454g packets, as this is a frozen product it may begin to defrost during delivery and if it does please do not refreeze, but refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Whilst we will pack your order with plenty of ice packs, we can't guarantee that the little whitebait will arrive still frozen. If they do defrost during delivery, you would have to cook and eat them within 3 days, which would be before Christmas.
