Chiltern Spicy Barbecue Sauce and Marinade

A smoky, spiced BBQ sauce and marinade from Chiltern, made using their oak-smoked cold-pressed rapeseed oil. Works as a marinade before cooking, or a dip and drizzle once it's off the grill.

Perfect for marinating prawns for the BBQ, or try it on chicken or pork too.

Made by the Mead family at Wilstone Great Farm, where they've been farming in the Chiltern Hills since 1860. Like their other sauces, it's built on their cold pressed rapeseed oil, rich in omega 3, 6 and 9 and naturally high in vitamin E.

Oak smoked cold pressed rapeseed oil, organic balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must), honey, tomato paste (tomatoes), water, molasses, tamari soya sauce (water, soyabeans, salt, spirit vinegar), onion powder, natural chilli flavouring, mustard powder, natural garlic flavouring, Xanthan Gum.
