Cornish monkfish filets, pan-fried in a garam masala to create a slightly spicy caramelised crust and preserved in a zesty lime and coconut oil, with a touch of Aleppo chilli.

Hevva use the finest British fish from our abundant native waters, and hand prepare them with top quality ingredients before canning them on their farm in Bude, Cornwall.

Perfect as it is served on toast with some pickles and salad for a healthy, tasty lunch. You could add it to a seafood platter or serve it with some crushed potato and red onion rosti.
