Our frozen langoustines are from the clean waters in Scotland.
They come in 1kg boxes and are uncooked, leaving you lots of options on how to prepare them. They are also an excellent addition to a seafood platter. If you have ever wondered what is scampi, well, it's langoustine.
There are two sizes of langoustine, Large which will give you between 6 and 8 langoustines and medium that will be between 17 and 20 langoustines.
As this is a frozen product, we recommend that you place in the fridge on arrival, consume within 3 days and do not re-freeze.
