Our frozen langoustines are from the clear waters in Scotland.

They come in 1kg boxes and are uncooked, leaving you lots of options on how to prepare them. They are also an excellent addition to a seafood platter. If you have ever wondered what is scampi, well, it's langoustine.

There are three sizes of langoustine, Large which will give you between 4 and 7 langoustines, medium that will be between 8 and 12 langoustines and small that will be between 17 and 20 langoustines.

As this is a frozen product it may defrost during delivery, if that happens we recommend that you place them in the fridge on arrival, consume within 3 days and do not re-freeze.

Whilst we will pack your order with plenty of ice packs, we can't guarantee that the langoustine will arrive still frozen. If they do defrost during delivery, you would have to cook and eat them within 3 days, which would be before Christmas.
