Sublime Butter No. 5 - Garlic & Herb

The classic combination of garlic and herbs, with a mellow, grassy flavour that suits almost anything. It’s lovely on shellfish and just as good on steak or vegetables. Melt it over a split lobster under the grill, cook scallops straight in it, or put a little on oysters and grill until it bubbles.
