The Pyefleet Platter
Description
A delicious and decadent Seafood Platter with a freshly dressed lobster, perfect for two to share.
A selection of the very best quality shellfish, all cooked and ready to eat, making it really simple yet stunning. The platter is delivered in our super-insulated silver boxes, all vac packed for freshness and packed with ice packs so it arrives in the best possible condition and as tasty as if you had just cooked it yourself. Please keep the platter refrigerated and it will be best enjoyed within three days.
The Pyefleet Platter contains:
- A small dressed lobster
- A dressed crab
- 100g mussel meat
- 500g of small crevettes prawns
- 200g smoked salmon
- Two large crevettes
- Six Colchester Pyefleet oysters.
Included on our platter are our Colchester Pyefleet oysters that are pre-shucked and worry free. Should you prefer our Colchester Rock oysters, please let us know.
The contents of the platter may change slightly due to the season and availability if there is a change we will let you know. Some items on the platter are frozen, such as the prawns and mussels and as our packaging is designed to keep items cold, they may arrive still frozen.
