We asked some of our favorite food bloggers to create a dish with our versatile lobster meat and some oysters. Rejina who has the food blog Gastrogeek is freelance food writer and food maker made a beautiful lobster and chard coconut curry.

The sweet lobster meat goes so well with coconut and spice, you might think that lobster would get lost in all that flavour, but it doesn't. With our cooked lobster meat its a decadent supper for not as much as you would think.
